UK, sent with Royal Mail or FedEx
- Standard delivery, 3 to 5 working days. Free on UK orders of £20 or over, or £3.50 under £20.
- Express delivery, 1 to 2 working days, £4.50.
- Next Day Guaranteed, 1 working day, £13.95 - The guarantee will give you a refund on the postage cost if it's late.
- One delivery charge per order, whatever you put in it. Adding a racquet or a bag to your order does not add a second charge.
- Shipped the same day Monday to Friday if you order by 4pm, excluding bank holidays.

International carriers charge by the size of the box as well as its weight, and racquets, bags and ball cases are bulky even when they are light. International delivery is therefore priced in three bands:
- Small items · grips, overgrips, ball tubes, sweatbands and accessories.
- Racquets, bags and covers · anything racquet shaped, including racquet bags, backpacks, covers and eight tube ball packs.
- Bulk ball boxes · cases of 40 ball tubes and cases of 120 shuttlecock tubes.

Orders with items from more than one band: UK orders are only charged once, how ever you mix them. Internationally it depends on the order value, because the carrier prices by box size: below the free shipping threshold for your country the bands are added together, so a set of grips sent with a racquet to Germany costs €10.99 plus €29.99. Once the order passes that threshold the small items band falls away and you pay the bulky band only, so the same order over €75 costs just the €29.99. The exact total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Please make sure your address is correct when you order. Any errors that cause losses or additional postage fees will be chargeable.
Import Duty
Import duty on orders going outside the UK may be applied by customs in your country. These fees have to be paid by you. If they are unpaid and an item returns to us, we will refund your order once it arrives back with us, less any postage costs incurred by us.
Racquet Returns
Try your new racquet for 30 days. If it does not suit you, you can return it for a full refund.
- The racquet must be returned in good condition without damage, including scratches, chip marks or similar.
- Return postage is paid for by you. The racquet must be sent in suitable packaging, such as the packaging we originally provided, to prevent damage in the post.
- The racquet must be returned within 35 days, allowing 30 days for play and 5 days for postage, from the date of delivery.
- If the returned racquet does not meet the requirements above, we can re-deliver it to you for £5 should you wish to have it back.
- This applies only to your first racquet purchase direct from Raquex.com.
- Refunds are submitted within 10 working days of receipt of the return, and paid back to your original payment method according to your bank's lead times.
- This policy excludes any customisable products
Other Returns
We offer simple 30 day returns, and any orders placed during December can be returned until the end of January. Any return must be unused and unopened. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product has been used or shows signs of damage. Apparel cannot be returned once worn, for hygiene reasons. Our returns address is:

Please note we do not currently have a free returns option. Returns received outside of the 30 day window from the date of delivery cannot be accepted. Returns received outside of this window can be sent back to you but will incur an additional postage charge of £4.50. Please include your order number in the return.

Padel Racquet Exchanges
While we do not offer part exchanges or racquet exchanges, you can give your racquet a second life through our partner, RacketLoop. RacketLoop is a marketplace dedicated to padel racquets, where you can sell your second hand racquet, unlocking some value from it and keeping the racquet in circulation rather than having it disposed of.
