Which squash ball?
Pick the right ball
The dot on the ball tells you its speed. The faster the ball, the easier it is to keep a rally going. Stronger players want a slower ball that dies in the corners.

Junior, the blue dot
The fastest ball in the range with the highest bounce, which keeps the ball up and the rally going while you are learning to find the middle of the racket.
Move up to the red Beginner ball once your rallies start lasting.

Slightly slower with a little less bounce than the blue, for beginners and recreational players who can already keep a rally going.
Move up to the single yellow once you are comfortably reaching the back of the court.
