Import Duty 

Please note import duty to countries outside the UK may be applied by customs in your country. These fees have to be paid by you.


Racquet Returns

Try your new racquet for 30 days - if it doesn't suit you, you can return it for a full refund. 

  • Racquet must be returned in good condition without damage including scratches, chip marks or similar
  • Return postage is paid for by you. The racquet must be sent in suitable packaging, such as the packaging we originally provided the racquet in, to prevent damage in the post
  • Racquet must be returned within 35 days (allowing 30 days for play, 5 days for postage) from the date of delivery
  • If the returned racquet does not meet the return requirements above, we can re-deliver the racquet to you again for £5 should you wish to have it back.
  • This applies only to your first racquet purchase direct from Raquex.com

 

Other Returns

We offer simple 30 day returns, and any orders during December can be returned until the end of January. Any return must be unused/unopened. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product has been used or shows signs of damage. Apparel cannot be returned once worn for hygiene reasons. Our returns address is:

Please note we do not currently have a free returns option. Returns received to us outside of the 30 day window (from the date of delivery) cannot be accepted. Returns received outside of this window can be returned back to you but will incur an additional postage charge of £4.50. Please include your order number in the return.

 

Padel Racquet Exchanges

While we don't offer part-exchanges or racquet exchanges, you can give your racquet a second life through our partner, RacketLoop. RacketLoop is a marketplace dedicated to padel racquets, where you can sell your second hand racquet, allowing you to unlock some value from it, and keeping the racquet in circulation rather than having to be disposed of.
