¿Qué pelota de squash?
Elige la pelota adecuada
El punto de la pelota indica su velocidad. Cuanto más rápida, más fácil es mantener el peloteo. Los jugadores más fuertes prefieren una pelota lenta que muera en las esquinas.

The fastest ball in the range with the highest bounce, which keeps the ball up and the rally going while you are learning to find the middle of the racket.
Move up to the red Beginner ball once your rallies start lasting.

Slightly slower with a little less bounce than the blue, for beginners and recreational players who can already keep a rally going.
Move up to the single yellow once you are comfortably reaching the back of the court.

Moderate bounce and speed for intermediate to advanced players. World Squash Federation approved.
Step up to the double yellow when you play league or competition squash.

This is the standard competition ball. If rallies are ending too quickly, a single yellow is the easier option.
