International, sent with FedEx

International delivery is priced on the total weight of your order, and there is one charge per order however many items you put in it. Adding a second racquet, a cover or a set of grips does not add a second charge.

Free delivery is offered on UK orders over £20. International orders are charged at the rates below.

USA

How long it takes

Most of Europe arrives in 2 to 5 working days. Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Japan and the USA are usually 3 to 4. Australia and Malaysia are usually about 6, Serbia, Iceland and the western Balkans about 7, Türkiye and Mexico about 8, and Cyprus and Malta about 10.

The exact delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Bulk boxes

Bulk boxes of 40 ball tubes and 120 shuttlecock tubes are available in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. They are too large to send economically elsewhere, so they are not offered in other countries.

Pre-orders

If your basket holds a pre-order item alongside something we have in stock, the whole order is sent together once the pre-order item is ready. The date on the product page is when we aim to start shipping, not when the order will arrive.

Addresses

Please make sure your address is correct when you order. Any errors that cause losses or additional postage fees will be chargeable. Replacements for missing items are always sent to the original delivery address, unless that address is undeliverable or incorrect.

Import Duty

Import duty on orders going outside the UK may be applied by customs in your country. These fees have to be paid by you. If they are unpaid and an item returns to us, we will refund your order once it arrives back with us, less any postage costs incurred by us.

Racquet Returns

Try your new racquet for 30 days. If it does not suit you, you can return it for a full refund.

• The racquet must be returned in good condition without damage, including scratches, chip marks or similar.
• Return postage is paid for by you. The racquet must be sent in suitable packaging, such as the packaging we originally provided, to prevent damage in the post.
• The racquet must be returned within 35 days, allowing 30 days for play and 5 days for postage, from the date of delivery.
• If the returned racquet does not meet the requirements above, we can re-deliver it to you for £5 should you wish to have it back.
• This applies only to your first racquet purchase direct from Raquex.com.
• Refunds are submitted within 10 working days of receipt of the return, and paid back to your original payment method according to your bank's lead times.
• This policy excludes any customisable products

Other Returns

We offer simple 30 day returns, and any orders placed during December can be returned until the end of January. Any return must be unused and unopened. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product has been used or shows signs of damage. Apparel cannot be returned once worn, for hygiene reasons. Our returns address is:

Unit 12, Festival Trade Park
Cheltenham
GL51 9FS

Please note we do not currently have a free returns option. Returns received outside of the 30 day window from the date of delivery cannot be accepted. Returns received outside of this window can be sent back to you but will incur an additional postage charge of £4.50. Please include your order number in the return.

Refunds are submitted within 10 working days of receipt of the return, and paid back to your original payment method according to your bank's lead times.

Padel Racquet Exchanges

While we do not offer part exchanges or racquet exchanges, you can give your racquet a second life through our partner, RacketLoop. RacketLoop is a marketplace dedicated to padel racquets, where you can sell your second hand racquet, unlocking some value from it and keeping the racquet in circulation rather than having it disposed of.
