Golden Ticket Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram's terms of use. 

'We' for the purpose of this competition refers to Raquex

1. The Promoter

  • The promoter is Raquex, with the Instagram handle @raquex.

2. The Competition

  • The competition is for a chance to win the prize described in the post, namely an Elite Evo padel racquet
  • The competition will run from Wednesday 17th December 2025 until Monday 22nd December 2026 at 23:59 BST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  • To enter, you must find a Golden Ticket at a club.
  • Only one winner will be allowed per ticket, and the winner must hold the ticket and follow the instructions provided with each ticket.
  • No prize shall be given if the ticket is not held by the person claiming the prize.
  • A total of up to five Elite Evo padel racquets shall be provided.

3. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Raquex and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will not be counted.
  • Entries from accounts created solely for the purpose of entering giveaways may be disqualified.

4. The Prize

  • The prize is one Raquex Elite Evo padel racquet.
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner's name and county may be requested for legal purposes and may be published if required by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
  • We may publish the winner's first name and/or Instagram handle.

6. General

  • By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Raquex reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition.
  • Any personal data submitted will be used in accordance with Raquex’s Privacy Policy and current UK data protection legislation.
  • This competition is governed by English law, and entrants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
