Giveaway Terms & Conditions

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram's terms of use. 

'We' for the purpose of this competition, can refer to Raquex, PadelNav, or both.

1. The Promoter

  • The promoter is Raquex, with the Instagram handle @raquex, and PadelNav, with the Instagram handle @padelnav.

2. The Competition

  • The competition is for a chance to win the prize described in the post.
  • The competition will run from Thursday 11th December 2025 until 31st January 2026 at 23:59 BST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  • To enter, you must follow the specific instructions outlined in the original giveaway post.
  • The tags, 'Win' comment and relevant follows of both pages must all be present at the time of choosing the winner to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Raquex and their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will not be counted.
  • Entries from accounts created solely for the purpose of entering giveaways may be disqualified.

4. The Prize

  • The prize is one Raquex Elite Evo padel racquet.
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the @padelnav account within 7 days of the competition closing date.
  • The winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. If they do not respond, a new winner will be selected.
  • The winner's name and county may be requested for legal purposes and may be published if required by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).
  • We may publish the winner's first name and/or Instagram handle.

6. General

  • By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Raquex reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition.
  • Any personal data submitted will be used in accordance with Raquex’s Privacy Policy and current UK data protection legislation.
  • This competition is governed by English law, and entrants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
